Sales Closer

We are a marketing agency serving roofing and home improvement contractors across the United States. We are hiring a remote Sales Closer, based in Mexico, to run pre-booked sales calls with US contractors and convert them into signed clients.

This role does not involve prospecting or cold calling. Our appointment-setting team books qualified meetings into your calendar. Your job is to run the call and close.

What you will do

• Run scheduled calls with pre-qualified roofing and remodeling contractors and present our lead packages
• Follow our sales process from first call through to signed agreement
• Handle objections and questions professionally
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

What we are looking for

• Professional English proficiency, spoken and written. All client calls are conducted in English with US-based business owners.
• Experience closing sales, ideally by phone or video
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Must reside in Mexico

Compensation

Base pay is 5,200 MXN per week.

Commission is 1,000 MXN for each closed deal, paid in addition to your base pay.

This is a full-time independent contractor engagement.

Schedule and setup

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mexico City time
• Fully remote, from anywhere in Mexico
• We provide sales scripts, onboarding, and ongoing training
